1. What is Prosperous Coach™?
Prosperous Coach is an online membership subscription resource supporting coaches to attain prosperity in their lives and businesses. Once you're a member, you have access to our Wisdom Vault full of the keys to business success created by powerful mindsets and high pay off actions.

Because it is updated often, there are always more resources to fill the holes in your knowledge or motivate you to greater success! Once you subscribe, you have access to the Wisdom Vault whenever you want. Not only that, you'll have no trouble finding what you're looking for within the vast library of topics.
Here's what makes is so simple…

- Use the "SEARCH" function to help you find specific topics.
- New materials are at the top of each section giving you further simplicity in finding exactly what you're looking for.

3. Once I become a member, what is available to me?
When you join Prosperous Coach, you have immediate access to all the free articles, audio programs, and monthly teleclasses in the Wisdom Vault. Plus, all the new resources we add along the way are yours while you're a member.
Additionally, you have easy access to our Forum. There, you can network with other brilliant coaches like you without leaving home.
The free monthly teleclasses are designed to boost your momentum and set you on a continuous developmental path toward lasting prosperity. Set your own pace while you peruse the 12 main topics in the Wisdom Vault that matter most to you.
4. Will there be other levels of membership?
Yes! As a Prosperous Coach Gold Level Member, you will be invited to take advantage of the upgrade to the Platinum Level Membership, which will be offered soon. Platinum Level Membership will include all the valuable tools and resources of the Gold Level Membership, plus a whole new tier of support to take your success to the next level. Stay tuned!
5. What if I miss a teleclass?
Not a problem. Every feature teleclass is recorded, so you'll never miss a thing.
6. Can I purchase products even if I'm not a member?
Yes. Visit our Educational Products to shop. You'll also find valuable services at Resources for Coaches .
7. When are the teleclasses held, and how do I sign up?
As a Gold Level Member, you'll be notified about every upcoming teleclass through From the Wisdom Vault, delivered to your email in box every week. We encourage you to reserve a spot by emailing support@prosperouscoach.com as most teleclasses have limited space. Bridgeline and pin code numbers will be provided via email when you reserve your space.
All teleclasses are held on a telephone bridgeline (like a conference call) Mondays at 8:30 pm ET.
And, remember -- most teleclasses are recorded and available in the Wisdom Vault.
8. Can I participate in a teleclass if I'm not a member?
Teleclasses are for Gold and Platinium Level Members only. But if you sign up for our Free Report -- Learn the Two Greatest Secrets To Prosperity in Your Coaching Business -- on the Home Page, you'll receive From the Wisdom Vault, and you'll always know what's happening even if you aren't yet a member of Prosperous Coach. Make sure you have our email address support@prosperouscoach.com listed in your email address book, so your spam filter won't throw it out.
9. Where do I find the events calendar?
The Events Calendar is accessible in the Resource area in the left navigation panel.
10. How do I change my member password?
Just go to the For Members area on the left navigational panel and click on "Your Account". You'll be directed to any account management process that you'll need. If you still need technical support, email support@prosperouscoach.com.
11. What is the Member Forum?
The Forum is your virtual coaching community. Sharing ideas and support with other coaches greatly eases that feeling of isolation that can come with being a solo-entrepreneur. The forum gives you a place to commiserate, celebrate, test ideas and stay connected with your fellow Prosperous Coach members.
Our Prosperous Coach staff participates in the forum.
12. Does my membership automatically renew every year?
Yes. Unless you cancel your subscription, or the credit card you listed with us becomes inactive, your subscription will renew automatically, and you won't miss a day of access to Prosperous Coach.
To see your renewal date, simply go to For Members and click on "Your Account". If your membership has lapsed or you cancel and realize you still want to be a part of Prosperous Coach, just subscribe again, here.
13. How do I cancel my membership?
All you have to do is go to the For Members section on the left navigational bar and choose Your Account. Click on "Cancel my membership".
Just remember; once you unsubscribe you will not be able to access the Wisdom Vault or attend teleclasses you want even if your year wasn't finished.
Consider staying with us. New articles or podcasts are added weekly to keep you going. You can always contact us at support@prosperouscoach.com to tell us if you want something added to the Wisdom Vault; we listen to our members.
14. Where can I get technical support?
Email us at support@prosperouscoach.com. Our support staff will be in touch within 48 hours. Make sure you give us your Member name and contact information, as well as the details of your problem.
